Context Inject: add your saved context to your AI chats in one click

Context Inject is the NjectAI button that adds your saved context to the message you are about to send. Click the syringe in the pill, then send your message. NjectAI appends the context from your active profile and your memory below your text, so the AI reads both together.

How do I add my context to a chat?

Write your message in a supported AI tool, click the syringe in the NjectAI pill, and send. NjectAI fetches the context that fits what you wrote and holds it until you send. When you press Enter or click the send button, the context is added after your message, separated by a blank line, and both go to the AI as one message.

  1. Open a chat in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok or another supported tool, and write your message.
  2. Click the syringe, the second zone of the NjectAI pill. Its tooltip reads "Context Inject".
  3. Wait for the toast "Context added. Sends with your next message." The syringe stays highlighted while a context waits.
  4. Send your message with Enter or the send button. NjectAI adds the context below your text as it goes out.

Nothing appears in the message box while you type. The context joins your message at the moment you send, so you write a clean prompt and your context rides along with it.

How do I give ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini context about my business?

Save your business once in a NjectAI context profile, make it your active profile, and click Context Inject in any chat. A work Text profile can hold your field, your role, your goal, a description of your company, your website and other links, and files such as decks, briefs or price lists. Context Inject then adds all of it to your message in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other supported tool, so you skip retyping who you are in every chat.

Build the profile in the profile interview, add material with files and links, and pick it in a new chat with the profile bar.

What does Context Inject add?

Context Inject adds one block of text built from what you saved. It joins your personal memory summary, your active profile's memory summary, the profile's rules, the facts in that memory that share words with your message, your labelled interview answers, and the profile's links and files. No AI model rewrites the block: NjectAI puts it together from your saved context as it is.

PartWhat it holds
Personal memory summaryA summary of your personal memory, built from the messages you send
Profile memory summaryA summary of the active profile's own memory
Rules and matching factsThe profile's rules, plus facts that share words with your message
Interview answersYour answers, each with its label, such as Used for, Area, Role, Goal and Company description
LinksEach link's title, address, description and text
FilesEach file under its name, with its full text, or its summary when it has no text

The first 1,000 characters of your message pick the matching facts. Files and links go in as their text, so a profile with long files makes a long block. With None as your profile, Context Inject adds your personal memory summary only.

Will I see the context in the chat?

Yes. The context becomes part of the message you send, so it shows in your message in the chat, below your own text. The AI tool keeps it in the chat history like anything else you send. The context stays out of sight only while you type: the message box holds your words alone until the moment you send.

How do I cancel Context Inject before I send?

Click the syringe again. The toast reads "Context cleared." and your message goes out without the context.

A waiting context is also dropped when you move to another chat. A context you picked for one chat never rides along with the first message of the next one.

How is Context Inject different from Improve your prompt?

Improve your prompt changes your words. Context Inject keeps your words and adds your context. Use Improve your prompt when the request itself is rough, and Context Inject when the request is fine and the AI needs to know who you are and what you work on. You can use both on one message: improve it, click the syringe, then send.

What do the Context Inject messages mean?

Context Inject answers each click with a short toast near the bottom of the page. Most of them tell you a context is waiting or gone. The others tell you why no context came, and what to do about it.

MessageWhat it means
Context added. Sends with your next message.A context is waiting and goes out with your next message.
Context cleared. You clicked the syringe again, and the waiting context is gone.
Sign in to use context. You are signed out. Sign in from the Nject menu in the site's header.
No context to add yet.Your profile and memory have nothing to add. Fill in a profile first.
Couldn't load context. The context did not load. Try again in a moment.
Sent without it.Added after one of the three messages above when your message was already on its way. It went out without the context.

Without Nject Pro, the Nject Pro window opens instead of a toast. For other problems, see troubleshooting.

Where does Context Inject work?

Context Inject works in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Google AI Mode, Perplexity, Grok and Grok on X. It needs a signed-in account with Nject Pro, the NjectAI plan, and there is no keyboard shortcut for it.

The bar that asks "Which profile you are using this time?" in a new chat has its own Inject button. It stages the very same context as the syringe: pick a profile there, click Inject, and the context goes out with your first message. See choose a profile in a new chat.

Tell it once. Every AI remembers you
