Terms of Service

Effective date: 19 October 2026

Applies to: the Nject browser extension, the Nject web app and the websites nject.ai and prompt-copilot.ai (together, the "Service"). Nject was formerly called Prompt Copilot.

#1. Who we are and how these Terms work

The Service is operated by PROMPT COPILOT - FZCO, registration No. 83033, trade licence No. 89798 issued by the Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZA), registered at IFZA Business Park, Dubai Digital Park, PO Box 342001, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Nject", "we", "us").

By installing the extension, creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company or team, you confirm you are authorised to accept these Terms for it. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

#2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the higher age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service and at least 18 to buy a subscription. You must not be located in, or a resident of, a country under comprehensive UAE, EU, UK or US sanctions, or be on a sanctions list.

#3. The Service

Nject helps you write, organise and reuse prompts for AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini. Its main features are:

• Copilots: reusable profiles holding your role, context, tone and instructions.
• Prompt enhancement: AI-assisted rewriting of the prompts you submit.
• Library and sync: saved prompts, folders and settings synchronised across your devices.
• Memory: facts and preferences kept between sessions so your copilots stay consistent.

Features, limits and plans may change. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you pay for.

#4. Your account

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential and tell us promptly about any unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per account unless your plan says otherwise.

#5. Acceptable use

You must not:

• break the law, infringe others' rights, or submit content you have no right to use;
• submit other people's personal data, confidential information, or special-category data (such as health or biometric data) unless you have a lawful basis and it is necessary;
• use the Service to generate or distribute malware, spam, harassment, or content that exploits minors;
• reverse engineer, decompile or copy the Service, except where the law gives you that right;
• scrape, bulk-extract or resell the Service or its content, or use it to build or train a competing product or dataset;
• bypass usage limits, security or access controls, or use automated means beyond normal use;
• resell or share access outside your plan.

We may suspend or remove content or accounts that breach this section.

#6. Your content

Ownership. You keep all rights in the prompts, copilots, memory entries and other material you create or upload ("Your Content").

Licence to us. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit and display Your Content as needed to provide, secure, maintain and improve the Service for you, including sending it to the sub-processors named in the Privacy Policy. This licence is transferable to a successor under section 16 and ends when you delete the content or your account, subject to backups and legal retention.

No training. We do not use Your Content to train or fine-tune machine learning models and we do not sell it to data brokers or advertisers.

AI output. As between you and us, you own the enhanced prompts and other output generated for you, to the extent the law allows. Output may be similar to output generated for other users.

Responsibility. You are responsible for Your Content and for how you use output.

#7. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, prompt templates, taxonomies, databases, the names "Nject", "NjectAI" and "Prompt Copilot", and all related logos and know-how, belongs to PROMPT COPILOT - FZCO or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, database and trade secret laws. Subject to these Terms we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your personal or internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.

If you send us feedback, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free licence to use it without obligation to you.

Copyright complaints. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, email [email protected] with the work, the location of the material, your contact details, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to send it. We act on valid notices under the US DMCA (17 U.S.C. § 512) and equivalent laws and may terminate repeat infringers.

#8. Plans, payment and taxes

• Plans and prices. Nject Pro is sold as a monthly or annual subscription at the prices shown at checkout. Prices are in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude taxes, which are added where we or our payment processor must collect them.
• Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
• Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store full card details. You authorise recurring charges for your plan.
• Price changes for subscriptions take effect at the next renewal after at least 30 days' notice.
• Failed payments may lead to retries, suspension or downgrade.

#9. Refunds and withdrawal

• EU, EEA and UK consumers have a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract. When you ask us to start the Service immediately, you acknowledge that you lose this right once the digital service has been fully performed and that otherwise you owe a proportionate amount for use before withdrawal.
• Everyone: if you are unhappy, contact us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund the most recent payment on a good-faith request. Other refunds are at our discretion unless the law requires them.
• Please contact us before raising a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to suspension.

#10. Third-party services

Nject works with third-party AI tools and relies on third-party providers (language model APIs, memory infrastructure, hosting, payments). Those tools have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, output or changes, and we cannot guarantee that Nject will remain compatible with every browser or AI tool.

#11. AI disclaimer

Enhanced prompts and other output are generated by AI and can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. Review output before relying on it. The Service does not give legal, medical, financial or other professional advice and is not designed for high-risk uses such as employment, credit, insurance, healthcare or law-enforcement decisions.

#12. Warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that consumers have under mandatory law.

#13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

• we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill;
• our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.

Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

#14. Indemnity

If you use the Service for business purposes, you will indemnify us against third-party claims and costs arising from Your Content or your breach of these Terms or the law. This section does not apply to consumers where the law prohibits it.

#15. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if you do not pay. We may discontinue the Service on 30 days' notice, in which case we refund any prepaid fees for the unused period of a subscription. Before your account is closed you can export Your Content; after closure we delete it as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 6, 7, 12 to 14, 16, 18 and 19 survive termination.

#16. Sale, merger and transfer of the business

16.1 Our right to transfer. We may assign or transfer these Terms, your account, your subscription, Your Content, and all our rights and obligations, in whole or in part and without your further consent, to (a) any company in our group, (b) any buyer or successor in a merger, acquisition, reorganisation, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, shares or assets, and (c) any company that takes over operation of the Service.

16.2 What happens to you. After a transfer the successor operates the Service, becomes the party to these Terms and the controller of your personal data, and must honour these Terms and the Privacy Policy until it changes them under section 17. Your paid plan continues on the same terms for the period you have paid for.

16.3 Notice and choice. We or the successor will tell you by email or in the Service. If you do not want your account transferred, you may export Your Content and delete your account before or after the transfer; that is your sole remedy in connection with a transfer.

16.4 Change of ownership. A change in the ownership or control of PROMPT COPILOT - FZCO, or a change of our name or brand, is not a transfer and does not affect these Terms.

16.5 You. You may not assign or transfer your account or these Terms without our written consent.

#17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here and, for material changes, give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the Service. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date, you accept the changes. If you do not agree, cancel before they take effect and we will refund any prepaid fees for the unused period.

#18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, except that:

• if you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring a claim in your local courts;
• either party may seek urgent injunctive relief in any competent court to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

Before filing a claim, each party will try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days after written notice. To the extent the law allows, claims are brought individually and not as part of a class or representative action.

#19. General

• Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement about the Service. Business customers with a signed agreement are governed by that agreement where it conflicts with these Terms.
• Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
• No waiver. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.
• Electronic communications. You agree to receive notices electronically, and that electronic acceptance has the same effect as a signature.
• Export and sanctions. You will comply with applicable export control and sanctions laws.
• Regulated data. The Service is not designed for data regulated by HIPAA, GLBA, FERPA or similar sector laws.
• California notice. California users may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services, California Department of Consumer Affairs, 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, (800) 952-5210.
• EU dispute resolution. EU consumers may contact their national consumer protection authority.
